Very easy to follow website. Good choice of delivery dates. Driver rang to give estimated time of delivery on the day. All packaging was removed. As this was for my elderly parents, this was much appreciated. No problems encountered. Would definately use again.

Each time I spoke to a representative on the phone they seamed very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, I have had really good service from every one I have spoken to.
My only disapointment was that the delivery men were not able to install my freezer and I had to get someone else to do that

Excellent service from the time I placed my order both for this transaction and my previous purchase of a cooker & hob. The delivery was bang on time, the delivery men very helpful, unpacked the goods, checked that no damage had been made, cleared up all the packing with a SMILE on their faces. Sainsbury's end has been excellent. However because we live on a Scottish island they use a carrier (I think). We were contacted ( not quite matching the formula they quote and told delivery would be Friay afternoon (between 2 pm & 6pm). They never arrived - still no freezer and no way of contacting the courier to find out what is going on - very frustrating - a phone call explanation would have made all the difference.

I needed a washing machine as soon as possible. I chose one from the Web Site but it was not available for immediate delivery so the customer services asked me what I needed from an appliance and gave me an alternative as well as a delivery date. I was given a time slot and a phone call from the driver when he was close to my address.

It was easy to order on line.
When I received a follow up phone call the salesman accepted my statement that as I was at work I was happy to discuss my purchase, but did not want a sales pitch for anything else.
Delivery was on time although the phone message the day before had said between 8.00am and 10.00am but the driver telephoned at 8.30am to say he would be with me between 9.00am and 10.00am. (didn't get a lie in on Saturday)
Deliver drivers very pleasant and capable.

System offered a delivery day which I accepted. Merchant later called to say that the system shouldn't have offered that date and I had to accept delivery the next day. Other than that an excellent service.

Very good,
lots of contact by phone,I would be pleased to use the service again.
The only thing was that the products were not unpacked on delivery,
we were told that they would be, but this was refused
and we were told that the products would be changed if there was a problem!!
